1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bkcuci ("bkcuci", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bkcuci website at bkcuci.win and all associated services, including but not limited to the live casino, slots, sportsbook, and player account management features.

3. Account Registration

To access the full bkcuci platform, you must register a personal account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details entitles bkcuci to immediately suspend or terminate your account.
• You will maintain only one (1) account on the bkcuci platform. Holding multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or any other, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bkcuci will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
• You must notify bkcuci immediately via live support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts are strictly personal and may not be transferred to, shared with, or operated by any third party.

bkcuci reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point, including at registration, upon requesting a withdrawal, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the bkcuci platform are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bkcuci supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your bkcuci account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. bkcuci endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section, which vary by payment method. eWallet withdrawals typically clear within 5–15 minutes.
• Fees: bkcuci does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which bkcuci accepts no liability.
• Pending Bonuses: Withdrawals requested while a bonus with active wagering requirements is in place may result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings. Players are advised to review bonus terms before requesting a withdrawal.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Any deposit made via a fraudulent, disputed, or unauthorised payment method will result in immediate account suspension and reversal of all associated credits.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

10. Limitation of Liability
